Policies & Procedures

Royalty Pet Sitting is located in Celina Texas. Our policies regarding pet sitting services are as follows:

  If services are to be rendered, keys will be picked up on initial consultation. There will be a $10 fee if they are picked up at any other time. Keys may be retained on file for future visits if you so choose. If you would like your key returned, we will be glad to deliver your keys in person after you arrive home. Under no circumstances will keys be left inside/outside your house or mailed back to you.

  Royalty Pet Sitting reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate/uncomfortable situations. We will not care for aggressive or dangerous pets.

  Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of scheduled visit, or a cancellation fee of $35 will apply. There will be a $10 fee for appointments that are made with less than 48 hours notice.

  Payment is expected before services are rendered. In the event of additional, unforeseen visits or other costs (such as food, supplies, or vet fees), payment is expected within 5 days of the completion of services or a late charge of $20 will be applied.

  There will be a $15 surcharge added to the final bill for services performed on holidays.

  Royalty Pet Sitting will not accept time specific calls. All services are performed between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm. Services will be scheduled according to availability with an approximate 3 hour window.
